The Program Office follows up
An administrator reviews your request and contacts you to agree the location, network environment, systems, and target certificate level before anything begins.

An authorized assessor reviews evidence
Safeguards, policies, procedures, tools, and documentation are examined against the requirements for the target level, a review, never a self-graded questionnaire.

Approval creates the register entry
A program administrator independently approves the assessment; the certificate is issued with a QR code and verification code, and its public entry joins the register.
